This is a delicious traditional dish served with warm corn tortillas. It is cubed potatoes with seasoning and herbs. Sometimes crumbled sausage or brisket is added to it, depending on personal taste. It is a tasty and healthy dish. We are sure this dish will become one of your favorites 🙂
